The Florida West Coast Chapter of the NTMA, with the

Tampa Bay Machining Apprenticeship, cordially invite

you and your guests to join us for the

25th Annual Apprenticeship

Awards and Recognition Banquet

Date: Friday, June 5, 2015

Time: 6:00 p.m. – Social hour with hors d’oeuvres and cash bar
7:00 p.m. – Dinner will be served with the program immediately following
Location:East Lake Woodlands Country Club

Oldsmar, FL 34677

Dinner will be a buffet that includes:

• – Fresh fruit
• – Garden salad
• – London Broil Cabernet – topped with cabernet mushroom demi glace
• – Chicken Picatta – topped with lemon and capers
• – Roasted potatoes
• – Vegetable Medley
• – Choice of dessert – chocolate mousse torte or NY style cheesecake

All of this included for $40 per person, or $20 per apprentice and apprentice guests.
